No. Each works on its own. You can start with the store and add Novem once you have a few months of sales, or use Novem with your existing Shopify or WooCommerce store.

Not yet, and we'd rather say so. Both are InitCore's own products, built and tested end to end on demo data; the video walkthroughs show them working. Every setup is tested with your own products before it goes live.

No. Both are InitCore's own software, so the store is shaped around how your business works — with no monthly platform subscription or theme limits. You pay only your own hosting and payment-gateway fees.

Yes. Cash on delivery and store pickup are built in, and online payments (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) go through Razorpay. For stores outside India we connect the payment provider you use.

InitCore Commerce and Novem are our products. You get a permanent licence to use and change them for your business, and any custom work you pay for is yours after final payment.

Store data lives in your own hosting account. Novem runs on your computer, hashes customer names and emails on import, and needs no online account.

It depends on your catalogue, shops and integrations. After a short call you get a written scope and a fixed quote, in INR or USD.
