The challenge

Small online stores have plenty of data in exports but no analyst. Built-in reports stop at 'revenue went down', enterprise BI is too expensive, and most analytics services want the customer list on their servers.

What we built

A local-first desktop app with a full import pipeline (detect, map, clean, hash personal data, score quality, merge) and an analytics engine that segments customers, predicts who will stop buying, checks ad spend against stock, forecasts the next 30 days and turns the findings into recommended actions — explained in plain language.

Where it stands

  • Loads about 95,000 rows of sales data in around 4 seconds on a normal laptop

What it does

01

Know what to do next, and what it's worth

Recommended actions ranked by estimated rupee value, with the numbers behind each.

02

Spot customers about to stop buying

Each customer's chance of buying again, from their own purchase history.

03

Stop paying for ads you can't fulfil

Campaigns still spending on out-of-stock products, with what each has cost.

04

Try a change before you make it

Projected revenue for price, volume, acquisition and discount changes, with assumptions shown.

05

Import a Shopify export in a minute

Columns matched, every row checked, fixes listed before anything is saved.

06

The whole store on one screen

Revenue, orders, customers and order value against the previous period.

07

See the next 30 days

Forecasts for revenue, orders, customers and order value with a likely range.

Your customer data stays with you
08

Your customer data stays with you

Runs offline; names and emails are hashed on import; no account.
