The challenge
Retailers who sell from shops and online usually juggle a website plugin, payment links, a stock spreadsheet and phone calls about deliveries. The website doesn't know what's on the shelf, offers are applied by hand, and no one can see sales and reorders in one place.
What we built
One system with two halves: a storefront with typo-tolerant search, dated delivery, a one-page checkout and order tracking; and a back office for orders, parcels, returns, stock per location, reorders, promotions, campaigns, staff permissions and reports.

Ship from one screen
Move the order on, add carrier and tracking, and the customer's order page updates straight away.

One-page checkout
Saved address, express or store pickup, promo codes, points, COD or online payment.
