Who we are

InitCore is a software development business run by Hamza Khan in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. InitCore decides how your personal data is used (the "data fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the "controller" under the GDPR). What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), country, the service you're interested in, an approximate budget and your message.
• Emails you send us, including any details you choose to include.
• Anonymous usage statistics: which pages are viewed, the referring website, browser, device type and country. These are counted in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you.
• Page performance measurements (how fast pages load for visitors), also anonymous.
• Server logs kept by our hosting provider for security, such as IP addresses and request times.

What we don't do

• We don't use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We don't sell, rent or trade your data.
• We don't add you to marketing lists. We only reply to the enquiry you sent.

Your browser storage

If you switch the currency between INR and USD, that choice is saved in your own browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device and you can clear it from your browser settings at any time.

Why we use your data

For visitors in the EU or UK, our legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations. For visitors in India, we process the data you give us for the purpose you gave it, with your consent.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run this website, and only for that purpose:

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, protects it from attacks and provides the anonymous, cookie-free visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
• EmailJS delivers enquiry form submissions to our inbox.
• Google LLC provides our email inbox (Gmail), where your enquiry is stored.

International transfers

These providers may store or process data outside your country, including in the United States. They are established providers that protect data under their own terms and applicable law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into a project are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, project and billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Anonymous analytics contain no personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email initcore25@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority, and in India to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

The website is served only over HTTPS, and we limit access to enquiries to the people who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your data.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect children's data.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
