The challenge
A valve and pipe stockist was producing four documents per order (quotation, proforma, tax invoice and delivery challan), retyping the same customer, items and rates each time, with GSTINs, HSN codes and the CGST/SGST-vs-IGST split easy to get wrong and no quick view of who still owed money.
What we built
An offline Windows billing app with one editor for all four documents, a live A4 preview on the company letterhead, one-click conversion between documents, automatic GST, self-building customer and product lists, paid/unpaid tracking, reports for the CA, email and WhatsApp sending, and Google Drive backup.
Where it stands
- All four documents produced from one app, now on version 3.4.2 after 23 releases.
- Every release is tested, including as an installed app, before it reaches the client.

Quotation to invoice without retyping
'Create as…' carries the customer, items and dispatch details to the next document in one click.
GST worked out for you
CGST + SGST or IGST from the customer's state, with rounding and amount in words.
It remembers customers and products
Details, HSN codes and GST rates fill in, with the rate this customer last paid.
Know who still owes you
One tick marks an invoice paid and every customer's outstanding updates.
Send by WhatsApp or email
Email with the PDF attached, or WhatsApp with the message written and the PDF ready.
Reports ready for your CA
Sales by customer, product and state, year-on-year, and a B2B invoice register as CSV.
